- Health, medical, or dietary information voluntarily shared for spa treatments, gym/pool use, or food allergies and dietary requirements
- CCTV footage captured on the premises for the safety and security of guests, staff, and property
We also collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and website usage through cookies and analytics tools.

- Respond to membership and general enquiries
- Process event, banquet, and room booking requests
- Confirm restaurant reservations
- Verify guest identity at check in and comply with mandatory guest registration and police/FRRO reporting requirements for foreign nationals
- Process payments and issue invoices
- Contact you regarding your enquiry or booking, including via call, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and property through CCTV monitoring
- Personalize your stay based on preferences and stay history

- Payment processing partners, including Airpay, the STAAH booking engine, UPI, and debit/credit card processing through banks’ EDC machines, solely for the purpose of completing your transaction
Payment processing partners operate under their own independent privacy and security policies. Seven Eleven Club is not responsible or liable for the data handling practices of these third party payment providers, and encourages guests to review their respective policies.
Where any of the above service providers or systems process personal data outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with applicable Indian data protection law.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information, including identification copies and booking records, for a period of 5 years from the date of collection, or as required under applicable law, including statutory record keeping requirements for hotels, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. CCTV footage is retained for a limited period as determined by our security policy, after which it is routinely deleted, unless required for an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. While no online platform is completely secure, we continuously strive to protect your data. In the event of a personal data breach that affects you, we will notify you and the relevant regulatory authority as required under applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal obligations

Seven Eleven Club is not liable for the privacy or data handling practices of these independent third party services.

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, a child is defined as any individual under the age of 18. We do not knowingly process the personal data of a child without verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. Where a minor’s information is collected, such as during a family booking or event, it is done with the consent of the accompanying parent or guardian.
