• All guests and their visitors must present valid ID proof at the time of entry.
• Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.
• Visitors must submit photo ID proof and register at reception before entry.
• Visitor entry is not allowed between 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, except under management-approved exceptions with mandatory documentation.

• The hotel premises operate as a Pure Vegetarian establishment.
• Non-vegetarian food, eggs, and related products are strictly prohibited in all areas of the property.
• Personal food and beverages are not allowed inside the hotel.

• Smoking, gambling, prostitution, contraband goods, drugs, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the premises.
• Alcohol is served only in the following places:
  • The Bon Bon Lounge (Fine Dining Restaurant)
  • In-Room Dining / Room Service
• Outside alcohol is not permitted.

• Children up to 6 years can stay free of charge.
• Children above 6 years will be charged as per the extra adult rate.

• Visitors are not allowed inside guest rooms unless approved by management under exceptional circumstances.
• In such cases, visitors must:
  • Provide photo ID
  • Register at reception
  • Provide their personal details
  • Be allowed only with guest’s signed approval
• Visitor entry is strictly prohibited from 19:00 hrs to 07:30 hrs.

Guests are strictly prohibited from:

• Bringing flammable materials, explosives, weapons, or hazardous goods
• Bringing or consuming non-vegetarian food
• Engaging in smoking, gambling, prostitution, drug use, or illegal activities
• Using hotel premises for commercial activities without permission
• Bringing pets (Pets are not allowed)
  

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, amenities, furniture, or fixtures by themselves, their visitors, or anyone under their responsibility.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge the full cost of repair or replacement as deemed appropriate by management.

• Luggage can be stored in the hotel’s luggage room subject to space availability.
• Storage is strictly at the guest’s own risk.
• Luggage cannot be stored for more than 24 hours.

• Guests must follow all hotel policies, safety instructions, and government regulations.
• The hotel may deny further accommodation to any guest who does not behave decently or violates hotel rules.
• Management reserves the right to request any guest to vacate the room or premises immediately without prior notice.

• Using photographs or videos taken inside the hotel for commercial or public use is strictly prohibited without written permission.
• Violation may lead to legal action.

• The management is not responsible for loss or damage to guest belongings under any circumstances.
• Guests are fully responsible for any financial or material loss caused by negligence or violation of hotel policies.
  

• All disputes are subject to Thane jurisdiction only.
• Guests must comply with all applicable laws and government regulations during their stay.
