Blossom is the most compact of the four, seating 50 in theatre style, 40 in a U shape, 40 in clusters and 50 for a reception. Iris and Lotus are identical in size, each holding 125 in theatre style, 45 in a U shape, 60 in clusters and 100 for a reception.

Board meetings and client meetings
The Board Room is 1,080 sq ft and seats 28 around a single table. It suits leadership reviews, investor meetings and client presentations where privacy and focus matter. Because it sits apart from the banquet areas, your meeting runs without interruption from other events on campus.
Seminars, conferences and training sessions
For workshops and training sessions where people take notes and work in groups, the Conference Room seats up to 30 in a classroom layout. Larger seminars, product briefings and town halls fit comfortably in Iris or Lotus, which hold 125 each in theatre style and 60 in a cluster setup.
Daffodil, with 100 in theatre style and 70 in a U shape, is a good fit for a training day where the trainer needs to walk the room and engage every participant. Blossom, seating 50 in theatre style and 40 in a U shape, works well as a breakout room alongside a larger hall.
If you are running a full day programme, a common setup is to hold the main session in Iris or Lotus and use Blossom and the Conference Room for breakouts. Delegates can move between rooms in minutes, which keeps the schedule on track.
Annual days, product launches and large gatherings
The Kings Lawn is our largest space at 1,00,000 sq ft, hosting between 800 and 3,000 guests. It is built for annual days, dealer meets, product launches and concerts. The Queens Lawn, at 45,000 sq ft for 300 to 500 guests, is well suited to awards nights and gala dinners.
For something more intimate, the Amphitheatre spreads across 50,000 sq ft and seats up to 200, making it ideal for performances, keynote sessions and open air screenings. The Prince Lawn also holds up to 200 and works beautifully for cocktail evenings and smaller team celebrations.

Private evenings at Bon Bon Lounge
For a more relaxed evening after the formal sessions, Bon Bon Lounge is available for private events. It works well for team nights, client hosting and post conference get togethers, and keeps your group in one place on the same campus.
Getting here and parking
The venue is 4 km from Mira Road railway station, 4 km from the Western Express Highway and 22 km from Mumbai airport. Guests coming from Borivali, Thane, Vasai or South Mumbai can reach us easily by highway or by train, and there is parking on site for 100 cars.
Residential conferences and overnight stays
The property has 126 guest rooms and suites. For residential training programmes, multi day conferences and offsites, delegates stay on the same campus as the event. There are no shuttles to arrange, nobody turns up late, and the evening programme carries on without anyone worrying about the drive home.
Residential conference groups also have access to the swimming pool, the gym and the indoor games arena. A morning workout, a swim after the last session or a friendly tournament in the games arena gives teams time to unwind together, which is often where the best conversations of an offsite happen.
